5 stars if I could get it to connect to GateWay servers

I see GateWay in the options… but it doesnt work… at least I havent been able to get it to work… much prettier than Microsofts… but MSs GateWay works.

Excellent RDP application - worth the money

I tried a bunch of other applications for mac, and they were all horrible. This one is excellent.

Great App - Works Well

This is the best solution for remote desktop I’ve ever used for my Mac computers / laptops. I travel a lot for work, and work across three laptops and two desktops. Having a dependable and stable RDP is critical, and this is the best one I’ve used so far ….

Great albeit with flaws

This is a great application! I use it basically all day every day to connect to my work computer. However, it has a couplleof very annoying flaws; for example, when I try to scroll down a page on my remote computer, it takes forever to scroll and is very laggy. Other than this and a few other tiny bugs it is a perfect app!

Best Remote Desktop Tool!

Having to use a remote desktop everyday for work, I found the the original MS RDC and then the new version in the App Store did not live up to their counter parts. This is by far the single best RDP client I have used on the Mac hands down. The VNC viewer is also very fast and works without issue. If you have to live insid an RDP session day in and day out, you will love this program. The only gripe I have is that in the SSH tunnel configuration there is no direct way to tunnel though an SSH server to a machine behind it, but that is minor, still 5 stars.

Great App

Works way better than Microsoft RDP app and has a really good support. The only problem I have encoutered so far that it drains the battery very fast (I am on Mavericks) - while running this App, my laptop battery can go for 1.5 hours max as oppose to normal use which is good for 3 to 4 hours..

Best RDP/VNC Viewer by far

Worth every penny if you manage multiple remote servers/workstations. Interface is no-frills, clutter-free, easy to install and configure, I use it on a day-to-day basis. Google account integration is icing on the cake.

Works Excellent with Yosemite

Extremely easy to configure and opened my remote desktop in 1.5 seconds! I am very happy with its functionality so far!

Reliable and Effective

This app is easy to set up to allow for remote access. I use it to access a windows based desktop from my Mac. Once installed, it reliably access the desktop, and is effective at accessing anything needed, or performing any function required - it is literally like having two computers in one! One issue I noticed is that some places, for example university networks, install firewalls which make accessing difficult. I use this app from home and at the office, and have had no issues so far. It is worth the money.

Another Timely Update

Jump keeps getting better and better. I have tried a lot of RDP/VNC apps and jump blows the others out of the water. Now they have added a custom connectiopn alternative called fluid that is even faster. Still my favorite RDP/VNC client. 5 star app. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

Microsoft Office for Mac

The winner!

This is one and only RDP application for OSX that works with all Windows applications (no messy screen with Office, Visio, VMware vCenter, Dell Remote Console). Its faster than native windows RDP client.

Mostly OK, but has some glitches

Overall the application does what it is meant to be doing. However, there are issues: 1. The user interface need quite some polishing, it leaves a bit of messy impression. Looks like it has been ported from the mobile and does not competely fit the desktop ideology. - The window is always the same size after startup and too small. - I would very much prefer a tree view of the computers instead of tiles, I have tens of them. 2. File sharing via RDP does not work completely properly. - The directory names are truncated — if I set up a shared directory ksorokin, it will show up as ksoroki in target machines Explorer window. Naming it home helps, but then see below. - Somehow folder sharing is completely incompatible with Far Manager. Windows native RDP client and CoRD do not have this problem, so I assume it is Jumps fault. Thus a 3/5 rating. Would expect more attention to details from a rather expensive application.

Good app

App supports NLA. It is necessary to update the interface.

Best I found for both VNC and RDP

I used Real VNC for VNC and Microsoft RDP client for RDP. After upgrade to Windows 8.1 the Microsoft RDP client refused to connect on some sertificate misunderstanding. This one was the only app I found that worked. It also was the only one that provided perfect access to a Windows machine over LAN. Remote VNC access to a modestly well connected MAC normally is problematic, but is OK in black and white mode of this app. I know that Windows VNC comes in different flavors and not all apps are compatible, I did not do special tests, so I just can tell that this app worked well with everything I connected to. Since a trial is available, I will not discuss functions. IMHO this must be trialed and the trial is exactly the real thing. Personally, I initially planned to trial until the new promised Microsoft RDP client is released, but was so impressed that purchased the app. Microsoft RDP will not do VNC anyway.

Good!

It’s very useful for my work

The Best!

Лучший RDP/ VNC клиент для MAC OS

Excellent APP

I really love Jump Dekstop on my Macbook Retina, scaling is perfect With release 4.x the rdp protocol is amazing fast

BEST RDP APP FOR MAC

Easy to use, no bugs. Thank you

Love the app, use it every day

This was the easiest remote setup I’ve ever dealt with, which was a welcome change. Works well between my macbook and office pc. Even use it occassionally on my ipad, though a bit cramped. Worth every penny for a quick efficient way to get remote access. The only “issue” is sometime that I have dual monitors in my office and it doesn’t automatically force single monitor when logging in. Fortunately I have a hot key to move programs from one monitor to the other when an app is “lost” on the 2nd monitor that doesn’t show on my macbook.
