Has some bugs

We use this program to view our point of sale system that exists on a remote server. For the most part it works to view our program, some things do not work as I would expect. For example, when connecting to the server a window appears that says “PostScript file conversion failed”. It’s a Jump Desk printer window. I am not an IT guru and do not know what this is referring to. I have tried to print and save some inventory reports and only partial reports are created. With program updates the app has become more stable and I can print some reports, but printing and saving does not work %100 of the time.
