Doesn’t Work For Me

I purchased the program to run on a Mac and manage a remote Mac. Using manual setup, I entered the IP address of the remote Mac, which is properly configured for remote access. The connection was not made. Worse, the pop-up error message says it could not access the remote PC! Does the program only manage PCs? That’s what it seems to me, but not how it is advertised.
