I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jump Desktop

This program is a lifesaver for me. I have the dubious notariety as the computer wiz among my family and friends so I’m always 1-800 Tech Support for everyone. Jump Desktop allows me just to fix what’s broken on the machines that I maintain for family and friends and not have to listen to them drone on about what they think it is or what they have or haven’t tried or what’s happening on their systems.

Technologically it’s brilliant the way JumpDesktop navigates networks and firewalls. Ease of use is good, especially when you are setting up a remote, non-tech savvy users. Performance is very good and lots of options for security and network settings. Long story short, I do IT of sorts as a career and have been doing emulation and remote access on everything from PC’s to mainframes for over 25 years. I REALLY like Jump Desktop and would highly recommend it.
