It’s OK, but the new Microsoft Remote Desktop is better

Its not bad except it cant take a screenshot of the active application in Windows (normally alt+printscreen). I wrote a message on the support board, the support agent asked for more information, then never got back to me. I guess this was their way of saying its not possible, which is too bad. Id love it if ther was a way to send custom key combinations. If it wasnt for this limitation, this would be perfect. But because of it, I have to use another piece of software to do what I want.

Also does not work with USB powered monitors.

UPDATE: I’ve now switched to the new “Remote Desktop” app by Microsoft which is available by Microsoft, and it supports all key combinations (including ALT-PrintScreen). I now regret buying Jump Desktop because of its limitations. For what it’s worth.
