Bought this because of the ability to VNC through an SSH tunnel easily, was astounded at the RDP capabilities as well. Solid, fun, and easy to use!

How long do you go between releases before putting out bug fixes?

This is a great option for remoting clients. If you liked CoRD, then this is that on overdrive. I like the ability to assign icons to each remote connection, easy identification. iCloud sync allows for you to carry you connections to an iPad, using the app version. After purchasing Jump Desktop, I haven’t searched for another RDP client.

Please update your app in the app store so i no longer have to use google servers

This is the best of the VNC and RDP client I have used on Mac! The best thing I like this client is the keyboard profile, you can control which keys to send to remote computer, you can even define key translation (which solves my shift-insert problem finally), and you can translate mouse gestures (solves the middle button click problem). One thing to improve: (PLEASE) Sync or backup/restore settings on iCloud or other cloud services

Latest version goes so well with El Capitan because its fast, fast, fast. Great day to own a Mac. Works as well as it did before and now sweet new features and now more responsive than ever!

All worked fine until this last update and then I can not connect. Installed reinstalled and works very intermittent.

It was a very good app but now it is excellent. Responds so much faster that it is unreal compared to the before model!

I have the Mac and iOS version of this app. Being able to access any connection from any device has saved my bacon more than once. Worth every penny.

I have to work with both rdp and vnc and save the list between different devices this works amazing for that and i can export the list to my co-workers. One of my first recomended apps for anyone in IT on mac, ipad or iPhone this app is amazing.

This program is a lifesaver for me. I have the dubious notariety as the computer wiz among my family and friends so I’m always 1-800 Tech Support for everyone. Jump Desktop allows me just to fix what’s broken on the machines that I maintain for family and friends and not have to listen to them drone on about what they think it is or what they have or haven’t tried or what’s happening on their systems. Technologically it’s brilliant the way JumpDesktop navigates networks and firewalls. Ease of use is good, especially when you are setting up a remote, non-tech savvy users. Performance is very good and lots of options for security and network settings. Long story short, I do IT of sorts as a career and have been doing emulation and remote access on everything from PC’s to mainframes for over 25 years. I REALLY like Jump Desktop and would highly recommend it.

Quite possibly the best App purchase I’ve made. it’s incredibly easy to set up and it’s EXACTLY what I was looking for in remote computing capabilities. I’m easily able to log in to my home computer from my iphone or ipad if I need to access something quickly. Seriously the best app I’ve purchased. you will not regret it!

The fact that offers a seamless experience connecting to a windows server via existing ssh tunnelling makes it a top-notch piece of software.

The title says it all. I’ve tried several and this integrates most seamlessly with the Mac OS and Retina.

It used to work great, but now Google blocks their app. I contacted support several times and never got a response.

not very happy with the product. i purchased it in hopes of using it along with the rd gateway feature. currently, i can’t get it to work. i’ve opened a ticket and haven’t heard anything yet. i’ll change my review if support ever contacts me and resolves the issue.

This program is awesome. I have it installed on all my Macs. All my connections populate on all my devices. I use it constantly.

I have been using this app for two years now and it has been the best RDP app I could ask for. If there have been any issues, they have been quick to resolve them and the new features they come out with are always worth the update. I have recommend this app to anyone who needs an RDP app and everyone still uses it and speaks highly of it!
